Certified CrossFit Level 2 Coach

My name is Glen Pafford, and I am a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer originally from Detroit, Michigan.

My CrossFit journey began in January 2020 when I received a CrossFit punch card as a Christmas gift from close friends. Before CrossFit, I tried everything from building a home gym to working out at traditional gyms, but motivation would fade and consistency was hard to maintain. I realized I needed something more challenging that would keep me mentally engaged, and CrossFit provided exactly that.

Within weeks I noticed improvements in my energy, sleep, and overall well-being. My endurance returned, recovery improved, and I rediscovered the motivation that comes from training alongside a supportive team.

More than six years later, I am still fully immersed in the CrossFit world. My training now includes boxing, yoga, Pilates, and swimming, along with a strong focus on recovery, nutrition, and long-term performance. I earned my CrossFit Level 2 Trainer Certificate and now coach to help others build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits.

What I enjoy most about CrossFit is seeing people realize they are capable of more than they thought possible. My goal as a coach is to create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of the progress they are making.

Outside the gym, I enjoy staying active and researching new ways to improve performance, health, and longevity.
